Constitution

The Society shall be established as a non-profit scientific organization and shall seek registration under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, as applicable in Pakistan and the relevant provincial legislation. The Society shall operate in accordance with its Constitution, Bylaws, and all applicable laws and regulations.

To operate professionally and support formal registration, SBES maintains a full suite of governance documents including the Constitution and Bylaws, Memorandum of Association, Governance Manual, Strategic Plan, Financial Policies, Publication Ethics Policy (aligned with COPE principles), Research Integrity Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Data Protection Policy.
